These gym class staples will help sculpt muscle, So you will sport a more streamlined appearance. It will reduce your extra body weight and will help in weight loss.
If you are a beginner start with 20 push ups and increase up to 40. You will be trained and gradually your body will adopt these exercise, So you won’t feel burdened with such exercise.
It is recommended to do it on alternate basis, this way your body will rest one day and you can easily do exercise on next day.
