III. Fats

Although fats are often demonized by most people, healthy fats are crucial for healthy living. Fats are the best source of energy with more calories per gram than carbohydrates and protein.

Unsaturated fats commonly found in plant essential oil and essential fatty acids like linoleic acid are important for your body. Fats provide a cushion to your organs, increase satiety and balances hormonal functions.
