When It Comes To Reducing The Appearance Of Cellulite 99% Of So-Called Experts Have It Completely Wrong

You DON’T need expensive creams to get the silky smooth legs you desire and You also DON’T need random pills to “flush out the toxins” from your legs to wear bikini with pride. You DON’T need weird homemade concoctions to show off your legs in a sexy skirt or dress.

And you absolutely don’t have to have surgery to reverse your cellulite.

We got interested in doing some research on this particular skin condition and we found something incredibly amazing at my cellulite solution but first here are some things that are absolutely not true about cellulite 🙂

Myth #1: Smoothing creams and lotions works

Almost all of them don’t work

Sorry to say that, you can’t trust the crazy amount of beauty product companies trying to sell you cellulite-blasting lotions boasting things like “natural botanicals,” antioxidants, and caffeine.

No studies show that these creams used by themselves offer any improvement. In some cases, these crazy ingredients can actually cause skin reactions or rashes.

Myth #2: “Fascia blasting” reduces cellulite

Fascia blasting is relatively new on the scene and is said to reduce cellulite by reducing the knots in connective tissue.

While this isn’t a bad thing, any improvement in the appearance of cellulite is short lived and largely caused by increased blood flow to the surrounding muscle tissue in the problem area.

Plus, this method often leads to painful bruising which can last for several days at a time!

Myth #3: Cellulite is just excess fat

It’s true, cellulite involves excess fat, but not in the way that most people have been led to believe. You see…

There are many supermodels and A-list celebrities that don’t have an ounce of fat on their bod, yet they still have cellulite. So what gives?

Well, bulging fat cells are part of the equation, but it’s really the connective fibers between your skin and muscle that create the lumpy, dimpling effect.

Collagen fiber strands that attach the skin to a muscle pull down the layer of skin and create those unsightly, dimpled pockets.

Myth #4: Trapped toxins causes cellulite

I’m willing to bet that on your search for an anti-cellulite product, you’ve come across a few that have claimed to remove toxins and impurities from your body, thereby removing cellulite.

Oh dear! The truth is that neither the efficacy of toxin-removing serums nor the claims they make about what provokes cellulite have been supported by real science.
